The last 6 months have been a sensory journey for art lovers who visit Ay-O’s “Hong Hong Hong” at M+ museum in Hong Kong. Even when the event wrapped in May, the rainbow buzz wasn't over yet. As Whitestone Gallery is hosting another solo exhibition of the "rainbow artist" from 20 June to 10 August, delivering a slew of rainbow-centric artworks from the atelier collection.

The artist named his second solo exhibition in town Ay-O: Nijitsukai (虹使い), which translates to “Rainbow-charming”, a wordplay on the ancient practice of “snake-charming”. By inviting viewers to a space where rainbow-themed artworks coincide, this exhibition is a sprawling exploration of how Ay-O manifests the rainbow; the human visible spectrum he called, as undulating energy flowing across the surrounding environment.
